Join us for an evening of laughter when The Capitol Steps perform at the Wildwood Center for the Performing Arts on July 12. Proceeds benefit our local Planned Parenthood affiliate.
Doors open at 7:00 p.m. for cocktails and light fare, and the show starts at 8:00 p.m. All tickets will be held at the door. Attire is casual.
About The Capitol Steps: The Capitol Steps were created in 1981, when three staffers for a U.S. senator wrote skits and song parodies based on the headlines of the day for a Capitol Hill Christmas party. They claim their first idea had been to stage a Nativity play, but they couldn't find three wise men or a virgin! After 26 albums and dozens of television and radio appearances, their unique brand of satirical humor is still going strong.
